I did this a while ago, but only today I made the PS action. If only I thought of it back when I did it. It's really cool if you have a mac, because you set your desktop to change every 'x' seconds and it looks like only the photo is changing.
Anyway included is: Desktop Photo Wallpaper, Photoshop Action and Detailed Instructions.
I also made cool icons so have a look. The model is just for this preview image by the way and cos she soo damn hot.
